Mauricio Garcia, the suspect in a deadly mall shooting in Allen, Texas, that left eight dead and several others injured Saturday has yet to be officially identified by police, a Texas law enforcement source tells Fox News Digital.  Garcia, 33, is from Dallas, Texas, according to records obtained by Fox News Digital. The suspect’s age, address, and vehicle matches the description of details law enforcement provided. The address, as of March, is approximately 30 miles south of the shooting at Allen Premium Outlets in Dallas. It appears to be associated with a hotel. An email account called "deathdestructionandlove" was listed in association with Garcia in records obtained by Fox News Digital.  His brother, Christian Garcia, whose address is listed as that of Mauricio’s per records obtained, has several criminal records, including burglary of habitation and public intoxication. Driver in deadly Massachusetts Apple store crash says his foot got 'stuck on the accelerator,' attorney says

An attorney representing a  Massachusetts man who is facing charges after allegedly driving an SUV into an Apple store in Hingham, killing one person and injuring 19 others, told a court Tuesday that he tried to brake but couldn’t do so as his foot "got stuck on the accelerator."  Bradley Rein, 53, pleaded not guilty to charges of motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation and reckless operation of a motor vehicle during an arraignment hearing at district court in Hingham. Rein was arrested Monday night after an "extensive" investigation by Massachusetts State Police and Hingham Police following the incident earlier that morning, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz.  "Although the outcome of this accident was horrific – and I don’t want to downplay that – it was just that.
