Mauricio Garcia, the suspect in a deadly mall shooting in Allen, Texas, that left eight dead and several others injured Saturday has yet to be officially identified by police, a Texas law enforcement source tells Fox News Digital.  Garcia, 33, is from Dallas, Texas, according to records obtained by Fox News Digital. Pearson is confronting a lawful offense accusation of criminal harm to property and hindering an official. The lawbreaker harm charge has been named a can't stand wrongdoing.
